This project involved the partial demolition of a 1930’s solid brick car garage and workshop building in West Melbourne.
The original structure had been remodelled and extended in the 1980’s and still used as a garage and workshop. Our brief was to transform the building into a classic warehouse residence with internal courtyard and sophisticated living areas.
