This new residence is one of 10 new homes constructed in the Headland Waters Estate in Mount Martha, recognised for its magnificent views over the bay.
This home was designed for a mature family as a seaside retreat. Our brief was to design a home using a defined pallet of materials to provide privacy from the street and exploit the views to the north east and provide protection from the prevailing winds.
