This new residence designed for our family is one of 10 new homes constructed in the Headland Waters Estate in Mount Martha, recognised for its magnificent views over the bay.
This home was designed specifically for a mature couple with well resolved living areas on the upper levels exploiting the views and winter sun. The generous main bedroom, kitchen and living spaces are found on this level which is planned behind a curved limestone wall. The curve provides for a dynamic interior whilst turning its back to the road providing privacy and focussing towards the view to the north.
The lower levels of the house were designed primarily for family and guests and the service areas.
